SprinTeam - Running, Fitness & TRX Groups
Modiin's biggest running club.

A group setting will give you the push you need to get out of the house to exercise!
Join the SprinTeam running and fitness group, with instruction by a certified coach. Even if your fitness level is low, there is nothing to worry about. It starts from the first step and gradually builds up, with an emphasis on strengthening and sculpting exercises.
The fitness group offers a supportive and encouraging framework that helps each participant move forward and reach their goals.
- Morning beginners group - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 05:45
- Morning beginners group - Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00
- Evening beginners group - Mondays and Thursdays at 20:00
- Evening beginners group - Mondays and Thursdays at 21:00
- Advanced group (half marathon) - Sundays and Wednesdays at 20:00
- Marathon group - Mondays at 05:45
- Kids group (ages 10-15) - Mondays and Wednesdays at 19:00 (Aerobic endurance training, speed, agility, short and long runs, technique, power bursts, strengthening, flexibility, proper planning of running, preparation for races and more)
- TRX group - Sunday at 21:10 and Tuesday at 19:00
