The school year begins and the Jerome family children - Gol, Robbie, Jane and Vish - go to school.

Gol surprises everyone when he achieves tremendous success on a pop quiz. He is declared the school genius and wins an invitation to a special visit to the castle of the famous inventor, Professor DeVille, on the condition that he brings the wonder cat Cramel with him.

Robbie and Jane discover that this is an evil plot that could endanger Cramel, a plot in which their eternal enemy, Mrs. Bloom, is involved. The Jerome family children set out for DeVille's castle with the goal of saving Cramel from the Professor and can't believe what awaits them there...
