Every meeting is tailored to the individual’s unique preferences, with a variety of hands-on crafts to choose from.

Providing support with:

• Emotional regulation and behavioral issues: Managing intense feelings (particularly anger), anxiety, addiction and building impulse control.

• Self-esteem & motivation: Overcoming a lack of drive, building confidence, and finding personal direction.

• Trauma processing: Using specialized approaches like EMDR to safely process and heal from past trauma.

• Life transitions & identity: Gaining clarity around decision-making, who you are, and what you want out of life.

• Social skills & conflict: Improving interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution.

• Executive functioning and building independence: Strengthening organizational, focus, and time-management skills.

Specializing in working with neurodivergent boys and young men, particularly those with ASD.

Close communication with parents through dedicated sessions to bridge communication gaps and integrate progress into family life.

Over 15 years of experience working with individuals from age 10 through mid-20s.

Also qualified to provide EMDR and boxing therapy.

Qualifications & Experience

• MA Art Psychotherapist
• Employed as Art Therapist at a boys' high school in Beit Shemesh, supporting teenagers with ASD, ADD, and emotional regulation.
• Member of Yahat - Creative & Expressive Arts Therapies Association in Israel.
• Appointed as an Art Therapy supervisor by the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) in 2013.
