Businesses for New Olim

Renovating an apartment is stressful; renovating an apartment when you are living in a different country is seriously stressful, if not nigh impossible. Not, however, if you have Efrat on your side as your interior designer and project manager. From the first contact that we had with Efrat, via zoom, we knew we had somebody that could design and deliver a ‘home from home’ for us. There are basically two phases in a renovation, design, and management, and Efrat excelled in both for our project. We had an apartment in Modiin but were living in London at that time. Through numerous WhatsApp calls and video sessions Efrat shared her vision for our home backed up by numerous technical drawings and references to websites. When the design was finally agreed Efrat utilised her extensive contacts to provide quotations for all aspects of the work together with a projection of the likely costs of furnishings, ceramics etc., everything that goes into turning an apartment into a home. And her projections proved to be very accurate. Constantly providing us with updates on progress through videos together with her meticulous attention to the details of costs accrued put us at ease with the whole process. She took a personal, not just professional, interest in our project and was available to answer questions at any time. This was very reassuring and trust building as well as very exciting for us to see the progress. On the two or three occasions that we were in Israel we had ‘shopping’ days with Efrat, looking for and buying everything from the floor and bathroom tiles, lights, taps, beds, tables, chairs to settees, rugs, and artwork. And she made herself available to receive these goods into the apartment when they were delivered and has been available since we moved in to help smooth the ‘wrinkles’ that inevitably occur in such a project. We have a beautiful and functioning apartment and after living in it full time for 18 months we still say, WOW! Well done, Efrat!

Working with Efrat was a true pleasure—her creativity and design vision transformed our space in ways we hadn’t imagined possible. She brought fresh ideas, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate our needs into something both beautiful and functional. We would happily use her again!

Our experience working with Efrat exceeded our expectations in every way. We completed a full renovation that she oversaw from design through execution. She immediately understood our vision and elevated it. She created a space that is both highly practical and beautifully designed, with abundant storage, thoughtful flow, and a cohesive aesthetic. Efrat guided us step by step, ensuring the entire process was smooth and organized. She truly cares about the final result and is incredibly detail oriented. She treated our home as if it were her own, pivoted easily when challenges arose, and worked hard to stay within budget. She is a special designer and we highly recommend her.

It was a pleasure to work with Efrat. We both have limited Hebrew so to have Efrat at our side throughout the Shiputz was absoultely amazing. In addition her ideas on the design of the Shiputz and her eye for detail has created an apartment we really enjoy living in.

Working with Efrat was a truly positive experience. She created a supportive, no-pressure process, offered thoughtful guidance, and listened carefully to our needs. Her architectural drawings clarified our vision, and her ability to combine elegance with functionality elevated the entire project. The selections phase was smooth, comfortable, and aligned with our taste and budget. Communication was excellent throughout. Efrat brought clarity, expertise, and genuine care, making the renovation process easy and enjoyable.

Before working with Efrat, I could never have imagined that a renovation project could go so smoothly and professionally. From start to finish, Efrat was clear, communicative, honest, organized, patient, creative, and passionate. We found that she was the essence of "rosh gadol" - always thinking ahead, taking initiative, taking on responsibilities that were beyond the call of duty, and in general leading the way to the end result. Our home is simply beautiful. We never imagined that the space could be used so well and that our home could look so stunning while simultaneously being functional and practical. We feel so lucky that we found Efrat and highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about renovating their home.

Simply put, Efrat was the best decision I made in the entire renovation process. Without her I would have been lost. She saw and understood my vision, came up with creative solutions, helped me choose and liaise with wonderful suppliers, shopped with me, and was constantly on site making sure everything went according to plan. Always very accessible and so easy to work with, she went over and above what was expected. Efrat’s attention to detail, wealth of information and knowledge of the minute details of building a home is exceptional. She turned our house into our home and the final result was exactly what I was hoping for.

Efrat Arnold is an absolute gem to work with! She has phenomenal ideas about color, furniture placement, design, lighting, electricity and everything! Her work came in on deadline, but beyond that, she simply was a pleasure to work with! I cannot think of any negative to report about the fabulous work of Efrat Arnold!

The Cleaning Pro team had been cleaning our office for many months in Modiin. They are always courteous, professional, non-obtrusive (you wont realize they are there) and do a great job!

Cleaning Pro has been handling our office cleaning once a week, and they always do an excellent job. The team is punctual, efficient, and leaves the place spotless every time. We’re very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Igal and Dalit run a superb operation. From the initial contact to the final follow up the experience was professional, sincere, honest and just excellent. Every team member is hardworking, polite and eager to please. They asked for feedback along the way and did a perfect job. My house is cleaner now after shiputzim than it's ever been before, even when it was brand new. Thank you Igal and Dalit. Kol hakavod.

We’ve been very pleased with the services of Cleaning Pro. They are efficient, trustworthy and have done a good job cleaning our apartment. Take a chance. I think you will be satisfied.

I love this company, they know what customer service is. What a pleasant, helpful group - the team cleans so efficiently and I love how my home looks afterward. Definitely recommend!

Excellent work, house was like brand new

We recently moved to a new apartment and hired Cleaning Pro to clean before we moved in. They were amazing! They were very pleasant and worked very hard to make our new home shine! I highly recommend their services.

Let me start by saying that I think that I am generally a neat and clean person overall. But CleaningPro set a new bar for me, by "resetting" my house. They were totally worth the admittedly high price. Before the big day, the team set expectations clearly (which also encouraged me to get rid of things and do a pretty good pre-cleaning). "The day of", they came with a whole crew and supplies (which was a big deal to me; I often waste so much overhead finding the supplies the cleaning person wants). They finished quietly and quickly (I was working from home, and they were out within 2 hours). The team was really pleasant! After they finished, they took me on a tour of the house, to make sure I was satisfied, and redid things that I wasn't satisfied with. Everyone who came into the house commented on how clean it was. Bottom line: you usually pay for what you get! While the service is costly, I felt like I got my money's worth.

Cleaning pro came over to our house to clean before an event held in our house. With lots of cooking being done in preparation, and with two dogs in the house, the house was in need of a good clean, which the team did very effectively! I would definitely recommend and use cleaning pro again!

One of the things I most appreciate about Cleaning Pro is their courtesy. They come when they say they’re going to come. They call if they might be even be 5 minutes later than scheduled. That kind of consideration for the customer is rare. We expect a high standard of service and are never disappointed. As well, the crew is pleasant, professional and thorough. I’m always happy to see them.

We love Cleaning Pro, they are efficient and thorough cleaners, communicate well, and are a pleasure to work with. They come with a team (not just one person) and specialized equipment, so they can achieve more in less time. Their weekly service keeps our home looking beautiful, clean and tidy despite the best efforts of our family of 6 to make it messy!
