Closed Roads, Parking Arrangements and Shuttle Buses to the 2019 Circus Festival in Modiin

During Chol HaMo'ed Sukkot, the international circus festival is taking place in Modiin between 15-17/10/19.

The following roads will be closed for traffic and parking between 16:30 and 22:30:

• Emek Dotan (odd numbers) from Merlaz to the corner of Emek Yizra'el (East) - the turn to Nachal Iyun for those coming from Emek Dotan will remain open.
• Emek Yizra'el - West (even numbers) in the section between Holmes Place and all along to Emek HaChula.
• Nahar Yarmouch - entry/exit from Emek Yizra'el will be closed. Entering or exiting the street will be possible only from Nachal Iyun.
• The cross road of Emek Dotan next to Merkaz Merlaz will be turned into a one way road with traffic only permitted from the south side of Emek Dotan (uneven numbers) and Nachal Iyun in the direction of the north side of Emek Dotan (even numbers) and Rechov Levona.
• Drivers coming from Rechov Levona to Emek Dotan will only be permitted a right turn.
• Those coming from Emek Dotan's north side (even numbers), will not be permitted to turn left onto Emek Dotan's cross road by Merkaz Merlaz.

Emek Yizrael (West) in the section between Emek Dotan and Emek HaChula will be closed for three consecutive days starting on Tue 15/10 at 10:00, until Thu 17/10 at 24:00.

The road will be open for public transportation only until 16:00. From 16:00 the road will be completely blocked to traffic, including public transportation.

Parking lot - Emek Zevulun Street

• The parking lot for festival visitors is located on Emek Zevulun 3, opposite the 'Caffit' cafe.
• Disabled parking is available at the Heichal HaTarbut parking lot, entrance opposite Emek Dotan 52.
• Shuttle buses from the parking lot and back will be available throughout the Festival from 17:30 until 22:30.
• The departure point for the shuttles from the parking lot is located at the bus stop at the beginning of Emek Zevulun next to the 'Caffit' coffee shop.
• A pick-up/drop-off point will be located on Emek HaChula at the bus stop at the bottom of the Fish Park.

Entrance to the event is through entrance security check points. Visitors are requested to be patient and follow the instructions of the security personnel, guards and ushers.

• No animals will be allowed to enter
• No civilian / IDF weapons will be permitted
• No sprays will be allowed
• No alcohol will be allowed
• Vehicles will not be allowed to enter, including two-wheelers and electric bicycles

During the event there will be changes in the travel routes and timetables of local buses. Please check the Iriyah website and the website of Kavim or the information center 2060*.
