One of Modiin's largest neighborhood commercial centers with over 40 businesses, including a supermarket, eateries, banks and a variety of stores.
Located between the Shimshoni and Keizer neighborhoods, and has two floors.
There are parking spots at the front of the center and a small parking lot at the back of the center, accessible from Emek Zevulun heading east towards the city center.
Public bathrooms are located on the second floor of the center. The center also has elevators and disabled access, both from the front of the center and the back, which also leads to a park.
