The Modiin Maccabim Reut Eruv includes all the neighborhoods of Modiin Maccabim Reut, except for the Nofim neighborhood, which still only has a partial Eruv (details below).
Most of the Eruv consists of permanent walls and similar structures (Omed Merubah Al ha'Parutz) and less on the system of wires that create Tzurat Hapetach.
During the year the Eruv is thoroughly and fully checked at least twice per week. Eruv Chatzeirot is done by the city's Chief Rabbi, Eliyahu Elcharar, and Kinyan is done with the Chief of Police.

The boundaries of the Eruv for the Nofim neighborhood for 2019-2020:
- On the northern side, behind the wall of houses on the streets Ya'ar Eshta'ol, Chanita, Ben Shemen and Bar'am.
- On the western side, continuing on the streets Bar'am, Be'eri and Alonim.
- On the southern side, parallel to route 431 behind Ye'arot Yisrael street.
- On the eastern side, the wall next to the bridge and parallel to Yehuda HaMaccabi street.
