According to the law for Yom HaZikaron LaShoah ULaGvurah 1959:
On Mon 17/4/23, all stores (except the Super-pharm on Emek Beit She'an, which will be functioning as duty pharmacy), eateries and all other businesses will close at 19:00 until 06:00 the next morning.
On Yom HaShoah itself (Tue 18/4/23) all public places of entertainment will be closed (these include: cinema and theatre performances, concerts, dance performances, sports matches or games and all related entertainment, whether for payment or not).
