Working with teenagers aged 18+ and adults, and offering a dedicated and personal treatment experience to create a process of change and improvement in the quality of life of the patient in the shortest time frame possible in situations of anxiety, depression, trauma and other crisis situations.
Utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches, uniquely personally suited to the case and the client, including CBT, PE ,MBSR, Mindfulness, ACT, EMDR and more, to reduce personal distress and stress, and increase the sense of ability and confidence to face a variety of life challenges.
Specializing in couples' therapy using the most advanced methods existing in these fields today, including differentiation-based therapy, EFT, ECCT and more, enabling development and growth as individuals and as a couple, as well changes and improvement in the dynamics of the relationship.
Sessions take place in a private practice in Modiin.
