Yearly confectionery and baking courses for ages 8-11 and 12-14. Small groups, up to 6 participants.
Registration for 2024-5 course now open:
- Ages 12-14 - Mondays 16:30-17:30
- Ages 8-11 - Tuesdays 16:00-17:00
Weekly meeting of around one hour. Learn the foundations of confectionery, bake muffins, cookies, desserts, yeast pastries and other sweets and surprised.
Every participants will take home tastings!

Instruction by Vivi Arfi, for the last 12 years. Trained with chef Oren Giron, at the Osim Bishul school and at the Estella Pastry, Chocolate and Baking School.
