Hands-on baking workshop for teens - fun, enriching, enjoyable and most importantly, delicious!
Practical workshop, during which participants will learn how to make a variety of cakes, cookies and desserts that children love.
Discover a variety of work techniques: kneading, rolling out, molding, whipping, piping and decorating.
Focusing on a different area of the field of baking every day: cookies, sweet/savory shortcrust pastry, yeast cakes, mousses, dessert cups and more.
Workshop includes:
- 4 sessions, each 3 hours long
- Small groups and personal attention
- Individual baked items to take home at the end of each session
- Recipe booklet
- The workshop includes all materials and equipment
