The Modiin Ilit branch of the biggest Hummus chain in Israel.
Vegetarian hummus restaurant, offering warm and fresh hummus, served with a variety of toppings, and a range of other tasty dishes.
Hummus ground and prepared with love for each order, served with a variety of toppings: chickpeas, ful ('broad beans'), shakshuka, mashawsha, mushrooms and more.
The menu also includes a range of side dishes: salads, soups, fried foods, drinks and desserts.
Using only high quality ingredients, delivered fresh daily, while maintaining a varied and healthy menu, based on conviction.
The restaurant is designed in an inviting and homey atmosphere, by the owners themselves.
The owners, two young guys, together with a young team of employees, create a unique and enjoyable atmostphere.

Open on Fridays for events of up to 60 people by prior arrangement.
