Pinocchio dreams of becoming a real boy, but first he has to pass the test. On his journey Pinocchio is sold to the puppet theater, goes astray after being promised a money tree, is seduced and flees to the land of children, lies to the blue fairy and finds himself in the belly of a fish. Pinocchio finally proves that he is a brave, loyal and caring child.
