Not just the best falafel in Modi`in, but one of the best in the country. Always super fresh, you are giving a pita with hummus and total control of what what goes in. You put in the Falafel yourself and then fill your pita with an array of fresh salads. The joint is immaculately clean and the staff are super friendly.
