The story of his mother, the late Rachel Didi Harel, who was born in Rotterdam, Holland in 1923, a member of the Dutch underground who fought against the Nazis in World War II, awarded the United States Presidential Medal of Freedom and the United Kingdom King's Medal of Courage.
