"Food connects people" - a unique yearly course, with eight appetizing sessions filled with knowledge, culture, agriculture and flavors. Embark on a journey following the Jewish, Arab and Christian cuisine and the food of ancient Israel.
The course will start in October 2022.
Instructor: Dr. Tova Dickstein.
Early registration until 1/8/22.
Hours
Sessions will take place at Neot Kedumim from 09:00-14:00, one group of meetings on Tuesdays and one on Fridays.
