Teatron HaYeladim HaYisraeli is proud to present the wonderful story of The Giving Tree. The plot revolves around a life long friendship, and the story of a tree's great love for a child and its willingness to give of itself unconditionally.
When the boy was small, he played with the leaves, climbed the trunk, ate the fruits of the tree, swung on the branches, and when he was tired he would fall asleep in the shade of the tree.
But when he grew up, he stopped visiting the tree for a long time. Over the years he returned to the tree as a teenage boy, as an adult and in his old age.
And at every stage, he returned with changing desires, but the tree continued to do everything in its power to make him happy.
During its life, the tree gives all its love, until it is left with just its stump, but is happy from its very act of giving.
A magical and moving show about unconditional love and the willingness to sacrifice for others.
Recommended for ages 3-7.
