Baking Kaytana with Shlomit Magen - Summer 2025 (Ages 7-13)

Join the most fun and exciting culinary experience of the summer - in 2 week-long sessions during August!

The baking kaytana gives children a unique opportunity to discover the world of professional baking, experiment with a wide variety of recipes, and develop new skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Children not only learn to bake but also develop creativity, teamwork, and self-confidence - all while having total and especially tasty fun!

Five days full of sweet and exciting experiences, with each day dedicated to a different baking theme:

• Sunday - World of Cookies
• Monday - Cake Festival
• Tuesday - Savory Pastries
• Wednesday - Individual Dairy Desserts
• Thursday - Tarts and Cream Puffs

Each day begins with an explanation of the recipes and techniques, continues with hands-on experience preparing the baked goods, and includes a creative activity. The children work in small groups with close supervision from a professional and experienced team, and at the end of each day, they take home the sweet creations they've made.

Each participant gets:

• a baking apron
• a chef's hat
• recipe booklet
• basic baking tools for home use during the kaytana
• "Young Pastry Chef" certificate upon completion of the kaytana
• And of course - all the baked goods they prepare during the day!

Kosher under home supervision without certification.

Small groups of up to 14 children.
