Japanese martial arts chug for ages 4-17, providing children with physical, emotional and social skills through a combination of fighting techniques to prevent violence.
Activity in small groups of up to 6 participants.
The chug aims to develop the children's balance, flexibility and strength, in addition to improving concentration and self-confidence.
During training, the children will learn various Ninjitsu techniques that combine defensive and offensive movements, including exercises that improve the ability to move, control and influence the body and its environment.
In addition to these techniques, the children develop essential emotional skills such as anger management and the ability to deal with challenging situations, while developing patience, restraint and respect.
Instruction by Ofir Brotsky, with a BA in Teaching, and a martial arts and Ninjitsu instructor (black belt).
