Professional, hands-on baking workshop - 4 session course starting Mid May 2024 on Wednesdays at 17:30.

The course teaches professional baking skills, how prepare desserts that impress with their quality, taste and appearance, skills to work with a wide variety of doughs and ingredients, and how to create original and surprising flavor combinations!

This unique baking course includes four types of pastries:

  • The crispy - a particularly crunchy class where you will learn to make crispy dough cakes and delicious cookies
  • The riser - a class that will show you how to work with yeast and how brioche rises and remains stable
  • The creamy - a lesson on puff pastry, puffs, whipped cream, quality fillings and unique flavor combinations
  • The festive - a special cheese dessert class for Shavuot that will leave a taste for more...
