This summer, gain confidence in the pool and learn to swim!
Swimming classes for a variety of levels in the pool at the Maccabim Sports Center:
- Swimming and water adjustment classes for toddlers from the age of 3, with parents in the pool
- Swimming classes for children of all ages
- Swimming classes for adults
- Private lessons
- Hydrotherapy for special needs and/or orthopedic problems
Offering warm, personal attention and small class sizes, providing instruction for each participant according to their personal progress.

Classes are taught by a team of certified instructors, led by Shira Lindenfeld, who has approx. 20 years of continuous experience in swimming instruction, toddler swimming, water gymnastics, teaching people with special needs and hydrotherapy; and holds a degree in physical education from Wingate College.
