All dogs are treated with love and respect. Utmost care is given to making them feel safe, comfortable and cared for. Dogs are never restrained or caged, and the drying process is completed with towels and a handheld dryer that does not frighten or overwhelm the dog.
In addition dogs are bathed with organic products free of harmful chemicals in accordance with the highest veterinary standards.
