Borekas Marciano Modiin

Modiin branch of the borekas bakery founded in the Old City of Lod more than 50 years ago (in 1973).

The Modiin branch, like the original one, is centered entirely around a unique boreka that combines cheese and potato - a winning combination served with a hard-boiled egg, harissa, and olives.

In addition, the menu includes spinach borekas and soft drinks, with another unique item - the Ayran drink, made from yogurt with a bit of salt and soda. For those familiar with it, it's a celebration, and for those who haven't tried it yet, it's highly recommended, both tasty and healthy!

The borekas are all made on the premises, including the entire preparation process - from kneading the dough to the finished product.

Seating: approximately 15, inside and outside (covered).

Kashrut: Kosher dairy under the supervision of the Modiin Rabbinate (soon - Mehadrin).

Party platters: available to order for events such as Bar/Bat Mitzvah celebrations at synagogues, birthdays, or any event with advance order.
