Activities for Kids & Families - Yom HaAtzmaut 2026 Modiin [Free]

This year, Yom HaAtzmaut celebrations will take place in a more community-based, decentralized, and intimate format, with 4 activity areas across the city - maintaining a festive atmosphere that is inclusive and accessible to all residents.

The activity areas will be open from 20:30-22:30.

The program:

• Family Happening with the show "Anan Al Makel" (HaKramim neighborhood) - Activity stations and the successful musical show for children and the whole family, featuring songs by Rinat Hoffer. The touching songs of beloved children's author Rinat Hoffer take flight on the wings of sweeping, joyful melodies by Didi Shachar. Small snapshots of life centered around a girl named Amelie - a dreamy child who experiences reality in her own playful, imagination-filled way. The show is suitable for children ages 4-9 and the whole family.

• Yom HaAtzmaut celebrations at Moriah Center (Moriah neighborhood). Celebrating with Teatron Asfalt. A lively bunch of acrobats, jugglers, and performers from the imaginary village of Churbestan roam the grounds and spread joy. A cheerful show for the whole family.

• Israeli Carnival (Moreshet neighborhood) - Artists, shows and activity stations along Sderot Haim Weizmann.

• HaIsraeliyada (Nofim neighborhood) - Artists, shows and activity stations at Ya'ar Yatir park.
