Manager Wanted for Café Rachel – The Coffee Cart at Zahala Farm

A manager is needed for an exciting new coffee cart in a breathtaking location – inside Tzahala Farm in Mevo Horon, a thriving, active horse farm with a loyal year-round customer base (no Shabbat work).

An energetic, service-minded self-starter is needed to take the cart forward, run day-to-day operations with a firm hand, and drive the brand's marketing and visibility.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Marketing and promotion: Leading digital marketing (social media, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), creating content, running promotional campaigns and building a community around the coffee cart.

• Staff management: Recruiting, training, building work schedules and running shifts.

• Inventory and ordering: Liaising with suppliers, stock control and waste management. Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and product quality. Day-to-day operational management and meeting targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing and promotion (especially social media) – required.
• Previous experience managing in the food / restaurant / café industry – required.
• Creativity, sharp thinking and the ability to launch campaigns and promotions.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal relations.
• Availability for full-time work on weekdays and Fridays (no Saturdays).
