Ironi Modi'in finished the 2023/4 season in 'Aleph Darom' league (3rd division) in third place, and in the playoffs for a place in the 'Leumit' League, it was eliminated in the first round, after losing at home to Shimshon Paztal Tel Aviv.
After ten years in the Liga Bet (4th division), Ironi Modi'in managed to finish the 2021/22 season in first place and qualify for the Liga Aleph (3rd division).
Since then and also this year, in the 2023/24 season, Ironi Modi'in plays in Liga Aleph Darom, in which 16 teams play.
