According to the law for Yom HaZikaron LeChalalei Ma'arachot Israel 1963:
On Sunday 12/5/24, all stores (except the Super-pharm on Emek Beit She'an, which will be functioning as duty pharmacy), eateries and all other businesses will close at 19:00 until 06:00 the next morning.
On Yom HaZikaron itself (Mon 13/5/24), all public places of entertainment will be closed (these include: cinema and theatre performances, concerts, dance performances, sports matches or games and all related entertainment, whether for payment or not).
