Treasure Island (Iy HaYeldaim) - Festival Yaron [Purim 2018 in Heichal HaTarbut Modiin]

Jim is the son of an innkeeper in England, and spends most of his time with his friends. One day a strange seaman comes to stay at the inn. He calls himself 'The Captain' and has an eye patch and a locked metal chest in his hand.

When the scary guest suddenly dies, Jim and his friends discover a chest full of golden coins and a mysterious map that hints at the location of a treasure.

The friends, who understand that the treasure is an opportunity to save their parents from their life of poverty, decide to go and find it.

Jim approaches the decent family doctor, Dr. Livesy, shares the startling news with him, and they quickly organize a ship and sailors to sail to the treasure island.

During the trip, Jim becomes attached to the one-legged ship's cook, Long John Silver, but nobody imagines that this friendly man is actually a cunning and dangerous pirate planning to steal the treasure from under their noses.

The expedition to Treasure Island becomes a hair-raising adventure, filled with dangers and obstacles, at the end of which Jim and his friends show their courage, resourcefulness and creativity, win the treasure and bring it all back to safety in England.
