Cheese Making Workshops for the Whole Family - Pesach 2025 at Iza Pziza Dairy

Come and spend time at the dairy on Pesach and get to know the world of goats and cheeses!
Hands on workshop where you will experience making Circassian style country cheese, pet and feed the goats, and at the end pack up your cheese and take it home, along with the recipe.
- Cost of participation in the workshop (from age 3 and up): 60 ₪ per participant
- Cost of making one cheese: 40 ₪. Each family decides ahead of time how many cheeses to make.
Ample free parking available on site.
Hours
Open the whole of Chol HaMoed Pesach and Erev Chag (except Shabbat and Chag), 08:30-16:30. Fridays and Erev Chag until 15:00.
For the workshops: pre-registration required. Workshops are conditional on sufficient number of participants.
