Paid Parking and Parking Permits for Modi'in Residents

Starting from Sunday 2/1/22 municipal parking permits are digitally issued, and there is no more need to physically attach a sticker to your car's windscreen. Existing permits already issued remain valid.

Please note! In order to receive the parking permit, residents need to fill out a form on the Municipality's website. The application must include a photocopy of an identity card and a photocopy of a vehicle license or a photocopy of the approval of a vehicle officer on a vehicle held by the resident (designated for owners of a leasing vehicle).

Paid parking lots and streets

Payment for parking in parking lots (for those that are not residents or those who do not have a parking permit) can be made online using the "Pango" and "Cellopark" apps or through the device of "Easypark".

Paid parking for non-residents is at a rate of 5 ₪ per parking hour. The parking fee is to be paid according to the signage instructions that are placed in each parking lot.

Cars parked without permits and without payment for parking will receive a 100 ₪ fine.
