Play based on Edmundo de Amicis's book, presented by the Mediatheque Theater.
Marco is a little boy from Genoa, Italy. Due to their difficult financial situation, his mother is forced to travel to Argentina to help support the family.
Little Marco finds it hard to bear his longing, and decides to sail to Argentina to look for her. After a long and difficult journey, Marco arrives in the city of Buenos Aires, but to his great disappointment he does not find his mother.
During his long journey across Argentina, Marco meets many people, gets into adventures and encounters difficulties, but never gives up on the long search for his mother - until the exciting moment when the two reunite!
