According to the Municipal By-Law of the City of Modi'in Maccabim Reut, opening and closing businesses, 1996:
On the evening of Tisha B'Av 5783, Wednesday 26/7/23, from 19:00 to 06:00 the next morning, the following businesses will be closed:
Cafes, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, fast food take-away places and any other type of eatery.
Also, a business that is concerned with "public pleasure" including games or sports, theater or movies, concerts, night clubs, dance performances, ballet, cabaret, and any other similar activties.
