The "Rikud HaChaim LifeDance" method is suitable for every woman at every age. No prior knowledge or experience is required. Classes range from modern styles, salsa, hip hop, flamenco, oriental, jazz, Bollywood, jive and African dance, to improvisation and free dance - a pleasure!
Every woman was born to dance. "We have it"! We just acquire too many "layers" over the years.
Each lesson is your gift to yourself. The more you persevere, the more you bring yourself back to the girl inside of you, and enhance your joy and physical and mental health. To dance is to "make peace" with yourself, with your femininity, and with your creativity!
