Kabbalat Shabbat in Nature at Neot Kedumim - Summer 2021

Come and welcome in Shabbat with a tour tracing the origins of the Shabbat table, followed by a festive Kabbalat Shabbat with musical instruments, songs and stories.
Meet in the afternoon and set out on a journey tracing grains (bread), grape juice and oil: the three stars of the Shabbat table from the days of our ancestors.
During the tour you will grind wheat seeds into flour, make pleasant smelling scent bags from myrtle, walk through the olive groves and vineyards, and enjoy the magical paths of Neot Kedumim. At the end of the tour, join a festive Kabbalat Shabbat with stories, Shabbat songs and Hebrew song.
The activity is suitable for families, big and small, for lovers of nature, and of Hebrew poetry and culture!
For those interested, after the activity you can stay in the park for a family Friday picnic - picnic tables, toilets and lighting are available.
Duration of the activity: approximately 1.5 hours, ending about half an hour before the beginning of Shabbat.
