The Modiin branch of the famous restaurant from Jerusalem (the one that invented 'Me'orav Yerushalmi'!)
The branch in Modiin combines selected dishes from the menu of the original Chatzot restaurant, and from the menu of the Josef hamburger restaurant, which is also part of the chain.

The Chatzot restaurant began its journey 52 years at the Machane Yehuda market in Jerusalem. There remains (to this day) a sizzling griddle loaded with select pieces of meat, mixed with the family's secret spice.
The restaurant's flagship dish - Me'orav Yerushalmi, which has become world famous, was invented there.
The Josef hamburger restaurant was opened in Jerusalem 10 years ago by the same owners - specializing in unique Jerusalem hamburgers.
The dishes are served in a pita or on a plate.
The branch's menu offers lots more delicious and interesting dishes, and also caters to both vegetarians and vegans.

Seating: Approximately 40 seats, most of them outdoors, with shade.
Ordering method: At the counter or through a waiter/waitress for dine-in customers.
Kashrut: Kosher meaty under the supervision of the Modiin Rabbinate.
Information for vegans: The menu includes vegan options for signature dishes such as Jerusalem mixed grill and Joseph's burgers, as well as a health salad and desserts as marked on the menu.
Deliveries: Sun-Thu, 11:00-23:00, Fri: 11:00-15:00. Delivery fee to all areas: 25 ₪. Delivery areas: Modi'in, Maccabim, Reut, Lapid, Kfar HaOranim, Chashmona'im, Mitkan Adam base, Maccabim checkpoint, Yishpro Center, Ligad, Shilat, Sha'alvim.
Parking: It is recommended to park in the HaSdera parking lot (vehicle entrance from 26 Tiltan St.), which provides two hours of free parking and is a 3-minute walk from the restaurant.
