- Boxing Therapy - groundbreaking therapy! Work through emotional challenges in cutting-edge therapy sessions. Boxing therapy combines boxing and talk therapy to provide both short and long term coping and regulation skills. Available to all ages.
- Mindful Mom – free open house. Once a month. Come and join a mindfulness session available to moms. Learn guilt-FREE parenting in a group session using a variety of therapeutic methods. Free, contact for upcoming event.
- Women’s boxing at Fight club, Shilat - Sundays, 09:00.
- Trainers program: mindfulness boxing, certification program. Available for all certified personal trainers, at Fight club, Shilat - Sundays, 10:30.
- Boxing & Krav Maga at the park on Thursdays:
- 17:00 - boys ages 9-11
- 18:00 - girls ages 11-15
- 19:00 - Ages 16+
