- Private and group fitness sessions to gain emotional regulation skills alongside boxing and self-defense skills!
- Group therapy sessions offering a unique blend of therapeutic work and physical activity, tailored to foster personal growth and communal support.
- Training for mental health professionals and fitness professionals.
Suitable as a standalone option or as an additional support to traditional therapy.
Approach is rooted in a blend of empirical-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-inspired techniques, and Somatic Therapy.
