- Boxing therapy: therapy and boxing combined. When talking it out just isn't enough, step up the therapy with boxing fitness. Each session is infused with traditional talk therapy and boxing fitness all in one.
- Krav Maga / boxing: prevention + intervention. Build physical and mental muscles, develop confidence and personal strengths, while learning Krav Maga and boxing skills that can save your life.
- Ready for Anything, boxing therapy. 8 week boxing therapy curriculum based on (DBT), (CBT) and Somatic Therapies for kids and teens for mindfulness, emotion regulation and interpersonal relationship skills.
