"An old love story," is how cellist and singer Maya Belsitzman and drummer Matan Ephrat define their new show, which includes well-known and beloved jazz songs, such as Sentimental in A Mood, At Last, The Man I Love and many more.

Their usual minimalist framework of the drum and cello duo expands, with the reinforcement of a trio of string instrument players - a viola and two violins.

Belsitzman and Ephrat have been collaborating since 2012 and have released four albums together. The two mesmerize audiences around the world with their unique combination of cello and vocals, and the sounds of the drums.

Both are sought-after and busy artists in the Israeli scene, and after meeting each other through their musical work life, the desire arose to create something private of their own. As they share a deep passion for music and trying out new genres and compositions, their joint work blends modernity and tradition into a virtuoso and exciting musical production.
