Underground car park operated by the company Yaakobi Universal, which is intended for all visitors to the city center area (the MAAR) in Modi'in.
The car park, which is located underneath the Yaakobi Building, has over 350 parking spaces spread over 3 floors.
Electric Vehicle Owners - Please Note! The parking lot has active charging stations available 24/7:
- 6 stations on floor -1
- 4 stations on floor -2
- 2 stations on floor -3
The entrance to the parking lot is at 28 Dam HaMaccabim Street (at the end of the Yaakobi building, on the right, just before you get to Donna 2, the next building along).
Parking prices:
- First hour - free.
- 2nd hour or part of it - 17 ₪.
- Every additional 15 minutes - 4 ₪.
- Full parking day - 60 ₪.
- Lost ticket - 60 ₪.
Payment at the exit only, by credit card, Pango or Cellopark.
