Variety of interactive and tasty baking workshops for Bat Mitzvah girls, mothers and daughters (up to 4 mothers and 4 daughters per group), young couples, family events, friend meetups, or any other social event!
Learn different baking techniques and how to work correctly with ingredients.
Bake challot (with hafrashat challah), rugelach, focaccia, pizzas, and more:
- Sponge cake workshop
- Cookie workshop: crackle top chocolate cookies, alfajores cookies, chocolate chip cookies.
- Tartlet workshop: personal tartlets made with various crispy pastries and filling, dessert cups - flavored mousses.
- Puff pastry workshop: puff pastry sticks, puff pastry cones with whipped cream, borekas.
- Yeast dough and cake workshop
At the end of the workshop every participant takes home their creations.
Option for morning or afternoon workshops, by prior arrangement.
Length of workshop - 3 hours.
Kosher parve kitchen (no Rabbanut certification).
