Swimming courses are divided into a range of levels in the pool at the Maccabim Sports Center:
- Swimming and water adjustment classes for toddlers from the age of 2 to age 6, with parents in the pool
- Swimming classes for children from age 5.5
- Youth stroke improvement course
- Adult stroke improvement course
- Hydrotherapy
- Private swimming classes for children and adults and personal training in the pool
Offering warm, personal attention. and empowerment and positive experiences in the water, through small class sizes, providing instruction for each participant according to their personal progress.

Classes are taught by a team of certified instructors, led by Shira Lindenfeld, who has over 20 years of continuous experience in swimming instruction, toddler swimming, water gymnastics and hydrotherapy; and holds a degree in physical education from Wingate College.
