After Ironi Modi'in finished the games of 'Aleph Darom' league (3rd division) in third place, it is now competing in playoff games for a place in the 'Leumit' league (2nd division).
Its' first match in the playoffs is against Shimshon Paztal Tel Aviv, who finished the 'Aleph Darom' league in fourth place. The winner of the match will then qualify to the district final against the winner between MS Dimona, who finished the league in 2nd place, and MK Holon Yerimyahu, who finished 5th.
Later on: the winner of the district final will play against the winner of the district playoff final of 'Aleph Tzafon' league, and the winner of this game will play against Hapoel Afula, who finished 14th in the 'Leumit' league, in a game that will give the winner a place in the 'Leumit' league.
After ten years in the Liga Bet (4th division), Ironi Modi'in managed to finish the 2021/22 season in first place and qualify for the Liga Aleph (3rd division).
Since then and also this year, in the 2023/24 season, Ironi Modi'in plays in Liga Aleph Darom, in which 16 teams play.
