- B.A. (honors) followed by continued therapeutic training with an M.A. in "Nutrition, Health and Behavior" from the University of Haifa, also with honors
- Holding comprehensive certifications in the Non-Diet approach to weight loss without dieting and intuitive eating, treatment of emotional eating, obesity, binge eating, and more
- Treats clients using tools from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness, and the motivational approach
- Extensive experience helping hundreds of patients
