Tuesday 14/7/26, 15:00 - The Secrets of Animation

Workshop with Doron Katzir (Bezalel graduate, animator, director, and editor) teaching the basics of animation and stop-motion filmmaking using mobile phones and the Stop Motion Studio app.

Recommended for kids in kitot dalet-vav (in pairs with parents/adult or individuals, smartphone required).

Tuesday 14/7/26, 16:30 - Letters Workshop

Participants meet Stas, creator of the book "Otiyot" (Letters) and its alien character Toto, and create colorful clay letter frames spelling their own names, decorated with elements from the book, led by Doron Katzir and Stas Golovin, Bezalel graduates and founders of Frames animation studio.

Monday 20/7/26, 11:00 - Science Activity Inspired by Books: Magnetic Birds

Kids build a pair of bird-shaped compasses and learn who invented the compass, how it works, and how migratory birds navigate between Europe and Africa, inspired by books like Oliver Jeffers' "Lost and Found."

Monday 20/7/26, 12:30 - Science Activity Inspired by Books: Flashlight

Kids meet scientist Thomas Edison, run electrical circuit experiments, and build their own flashlight, learning about conductivity, insulation, short circuits, and troubleshooting.

Tuesday 21/7/26, 15:00 - One-Time Writing Workshop for Graduates of Kitot Heh-Vav

Kids create and design special letters and postcards using a variety of images, textures, and colors, writing to a real or imaginary character of their choice.

Kids create a character using collage techniques and then write an imaginative story about it.

Tuesday 28/7/26, 17:00 - Meetup with Yuval Malachi: Inventors and Inventions - at the Reut Library, 1 Hadarim Street, Mor High School complex

Yuval Malachi, host of the popular podcast "History for Kids," shares fascinating stories of inventors who didn't succeed overnight, teaching patience and perseverance.

For ages 6+. Every participant must have a ticket (child/adult).

Wednesday 29/7/26, 15:00 - Comics Workshop: Drawing Facial Expressions

Kids learn to draw a range of comic facial expressions, from the basics (happy, angry, sad) to more complex ones (tired, surprised, confused, and more).

Kids create a serialized story following the secrets of comics, about a big fish preying on a little fish.

Tuesday 11/8/26, 11:00 - Photography Workshop at the Library: Point of View

Participants develop personal expression and creativity through the camera, practicing various photography techniques and exploring the work of different photographers, led by Liron Breuer Danziger, phototherapist, artist, photographer, lecturer, and workshop facilitator.

Duration: hour and a half.
