The Youth and Young Adults Department operates several youth groups in the area of Youth Leadership, that are led by youths and encourage the development of leadership skills among youths in their areas of interest.
Municipal Youth Council: Leading the youth of the city to joint action and meaningful social change. The council is elected and represents students, youth movements and youth organizations in the city.
Bet Medrash ‘Sicha Mezuha’ (‘Caller ID’): Bet Medrash for religious and secular youth from 9th grade and older that meets weekly.
Muncipal Mentoring Program: Mentors from 9th and 10th grade who give emotional and social support to elementary school students.
Hama’agal (The Circle): Group focusing on breakdance and hip-hop.
