Special event for Modiin women for breast cancer early detection awareness month.
Program:
- 17:30 - Opening lecture by Dr. Yaheli Miller, Director of the Breast Unit at Shaarei Tzedek Medical Center
- 17:45 - An inspiring personal story from Galit Karmizi
- 18:00 - Walk and run led by Sharon Harosh of Gamani Ratza
- 3 km route for walkers
- 5 km route for runners
- 18:45 - Back to the plaza for group workouts led by sports trainers:
- Pilates - Or Gadj Moskovitz
- Nia - Israela Giladi
- Strength training - Dorit Avraham of Gamani Ratza
- 19:30 - Event ends
Kupat Cholim information stands will be on site throughout the event.
Wear sports shoes and pink shirts.
