What's in store? A full week where kids enjoy a variety of exciting workshops:

Baking fundamentals and hands-on experience across a wide range of techniques. Chocolate art, cookies and yeast cakes, cream puffs, meringue kisses, bento cakes, royal icing cookies, jelly decorating, marshmallows, pizzas, pastries, ice creams - and more surprises along the way...

Small, intimate groups with personal attention.

Includes a varied breakfast and insurance coverage.

Workshops are led by Ayala Dagan, chocolate maker and graduate of "Estella." With over 20 years of experience in education and teaching, she brings extensive expertise to the field - and uses cooking as a social-emotional therapeutic tool. Currently completing an LI-CBT stage.
