We celebrated my daughter's Bat Mitzvah with a chocolate workshop for her friends run by Ayala at her studio. It was simply magical. Ayala gave my daughter and her friends a wonderful time, teaching them about how chocolate is made, demonstrating different techniques and of course everyone got to take home a box of their own delicious creations.
