  • Private training (1 on 1)
  • Semi private training (2 people)
  • Small group training (4-8 people)
  • Personal program building - unique workout program for you to do on your own, targeted to your specific needs
  • TRX classes - Mondays at 20:30
  • Circuit training - Tuesdays at 08:30, Wednesdays 20:30 and Fridays 09:15
  • New! Barre fitness - hybrid workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates and strength training. Focusing on high reps of small range movements. It’s fun, it’s different, and it will work your body like nothing else! Classes beginning 14/6/20. Sundays 08:30 and 20:30
