Interactive tour that is sweeter than honey, fascinating and enjoyable for the entire family at HaKaveret - visitors' center for bees and honey production. The wonderful story of the honeybee, pollination and beekeepers.
Located in a wooden building in Beit Horon, facing a breathtaking view of the hills of Binyamin.
Visitors can see the amazing interaction between bees and plants, and the important interaction between bees and humans.
An introduction to the fascinating world of bees and the importance of bees in the modern world.
The tour includes making candles from beeswax, pita baking workshop, viewing of the transparent beehive and the honey extraction process.
The center also offers a boutique shop selling beehive products, including: honey from various blossoms, beeswax-based creams, a variety of beeswax candles and more.
Hours
Isru Chag Shavuot, Monday 10/6, tours at 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00.
Cost: 35 ₪ per participant from age 3, 30 ₪ for adults over age 16.
